FYI:  Quivira National Wildlife Refuge Impairment Complaint

Demand for water in the Rattlesnake Creek Drainage Basin often exceeds the supply.  A solution to this problem that is acceptable to all the  users has been hard to find. The Kansas Department of Agriculture -

Division of Water Resources website
(https://agriculture.ks.gov/divisions-programs/dwr/water-appropriation/impairment-complaints/quivira-national-wildlife-refugeshows quite a bit of information about the work being done to craft a
solution.
